Our properties are strategically located in Bandar Baru Kampar, at the centre of Westlake Residential, where University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) is only 600m away; Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) and Westlake International School are within walking distance. Being adjacent to these higher learning institutions makes KT’s properties easily accessible to students. Other amenities such as banks, clinics, “mamak” /restaurants, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and recreation outlets are also within the vicinity. Outdoor recreation activities such as bird watching, trekking, fishing, caving and white water rafting are plentiful within easy reach from our accommodation.

Based on their previous university life experiences, this could easily understand and handle well the situation of the tenants. We have a full team of friendly administrative staff on duty during office hours to manage and handle appointments with tenants. At KT management, tenants could easily manage their rental payments and records online via our Tenant Portal. We create login account for every tenant where they could make payment online; print or download their account statement online. Tenants who are busy with studies could easily make appointment of house/ room maintenance service on the same tenant portal as well. Providing students with a total peace-of -mind living environment is our utmost concern. Our administration office also acts as a postal receiving center for the students to receive their postal deliveries while the students are away in the school.
